CAPEO — the platform behind app.landmetric.org

CAPEO (Capitalising on Earth Observation data) is the web-based spatial analysis tool developed under the CAPEO project. It provides a no-login interactive map viewer with 50+ curated geospatial layers covering soil, vegetation, water, climate, socio-economic indicators, and risk assessments — at 10–30 m resolution across pan-EU.

CAPEO is built on open-source geospatial software (GDAL, STAC, etc.) and released under an MIT license. A REST API and SpatioTemporal Asset Catalog (STAC) endpoint are under development.
